First, a safe place to wait
If you are outside a home, move away from traffic and give yourself somewhere safe to make the call. At an apartment or business, a manager may already have an approved way to arrange access. Tell us whether the problem is your own door or a shared entrance.

The door you mean
A street address near Wheatland Road is useful; the side entrance or rear door can matter just as much. Add the unit, gate arrangements and the person who will meet at the property. Please do not send access codes through public messages.
You do not need to identify the lock brand before calling. Explain whether a key is missing, trapped inside or turning without opening the door. A lock that is not working properly may need a different assessment from a straightforward lockout.
Agree on the next step
Ask about availability for the actual address, the proposed approach and how the charge will be worked out. A time or price for a different situation does not settle the details of yours. Mention anything unusual, including damaged hardware or an entrance you cannot safely reach.
