Which side of the route?
I-35E, Ovilla Road and SH 342 are useful Red Oak references. A business or vehicle near one of those routes still needs a precise entrance or parking location. Avoid relying on the main road name when the property is reached from another street.
For vehicle access, add a safe meeting point and the car’s make, model and year. If the vehicle is in an unsafe roadside position, explain that situation first and use appropriate roadside or emergency arrangements.
Think beyond the front key
At home, the front door and the ordinary garage entry may use different keys. List both if you want a new arrangement, and identify any entrance that already sticks. The desired result matters more than a guess at the part inside the lock.
Our rekey page helps separate key control from repairing hardware. A large moving garage door is its own piece of equipment; mention its position and any safely observable symptoms.
Agree on the request you actually have
Have the owner, manager or other authorized person involved where needed. At a business, say whether the customer entrance or a staff door is affected and whether someone can remain on site.
Ask what is proposed and how charges will be agreed. The pricing guide offers useful questions without assuming a fixed fee for Red Oak or treating a local page as confirmation of dispatch.
